Industrial and Manufacturing

Secure the long-term profitability and stability of your factory with robust MEP Systems engineered for large-scale production and maximized internal environmental safety.

In the world of manufacturing and industry, Efficiency and Operational Continuity are key to competitiveness. A minute of disruption on the production line can translate into an incalculable business loss. Factory owners and engineers must, therefore, rely on robust and dependable engineering systems.

As experts in Mechanical and Electrical (MEP) Engineering, we are ready to be your partner, bringing specialized expertise to your factories and processing plants. We offer solutions built upon a deep understanding of the challenging industrial environment.

Robust MEP Systems Supporting Heavy Production (Heavy-Duty MEP Systems)

Factories and processing plants require engineering systems with high durability that can handle heavy workloads 24 hours a day. We focus on delivering:

Heavy-Duty MEP Systems: We specifically design and install High-Durability MEP Systems for factories and processing plants. Our systems are built to withstand stringent conditions, including temperature, humidity, and continuous operation, thereby mitigating the risk of breakdown and extending the asset lifespan.

Large-Scale Power Systems: We possess expertise in managing Large-Scale Power Systems to provide stable and sufficient energy for high-power machinery and production equipment, which is the foundation for uninterrupted operation.

Specialized Expertise in Safety and Environment

Beyond durability, safety and compliance are paramount in industrial settings, especially in hazardous areas:

Hazardous Area Classification: We are proficient in evaluating and performing Hazardous Area Classification according to international standards. This ensures that the design and installation of electrical and mechanical systems in areas prone to fire or explosion risks (such as chemical plants or refineries) are correct and comply with the highest safety measures.

Industrial Ventilation and Air Quality Control: We design highly efficient Industrial Ventilation Systems to control temperature, dissipate heat, and manage contaminants or particulate matter that could be hazardous to employee health and product quality.

Investing in the right engineering systems, managed by experts, is an investment in the stability and profitability of your business. We are ready to deploy our specialized expertise to help your factory achieve the highest standards of efficiency and safety.

Frequently asked questions

Controlled carbon dioxide emissions making your building more energy-efficient, whether you are still at the development stage or are retrofitting a historical building.
Reduction in overall energy consumption, improving building performance through system components.
The utilisation of sustainable energy reducing the strain usually put on the power grid during peak periods by commercial buildings.
Conservation of water usage through strategies such as low-flow toilets and touch-free taps.

KG SOLAR offers two main investment options (EPC):
Direct Purchase (Customer Investment): The customer purchases the solar cell system outright. Customers can choose to make a standard payment or opt for a solar loan/credit facility from leading banks to maintain financial liquidity and receive government incentives.
KG Investment (PPA – Power Purchase Agreement): KG invests in and installs the solar system for the customer. The customer benefits from using electricity at a lower rate than the utility provider’s tariff. Upon contract completion, the customer immediately gains ownership of the solar system.

It is absolutely worthwhile! If you are a factory or business that uses electricity 5-7 days per week, the electricity rate from the solar system will definitely be lower than the rate from the utility provider. You can save up to 500,000 – 1,000,000 THB per month*, with a payback period within 1 – 5 years*.
*Note: Electricity savings and the payback period for solar rooftops depend on the size of the installed system, the investment model, and the specific electricity usage profile of each factory/business

The starting point for the company’s founding was in 1988 (B.E. 2531), initially operating a business related to Electrical Installation.
Subsequently, the business expanded and developed into a diversified corporate group that currently encompasses various sectors:
– MEP Systems (Design, Installation, O&M)
– Renewable Energy (Solar & Battery Solutions)
– M&E Engineering
– KG Trading

It can be done. We strictly design our MEP systems and Renewable Energy solutions with Green Building Certification requirements in mind, particularly concerning energy reduction, water management, and indoor air quality control. This helps our clients’ buildings achieve certification goals more easily.

Yes, they do. For solar cell installation projects in the business and factory sectors, and for other KG services, documentation must be processed with multiple agencies, such as:
The Electricity Authority (Provincial Electricity Authority – PEA or Metropolitan Electricity Authority – MEA) for grid connection approvals.
Local/Government Agencies (e.g., local administrative organizations, municipalities) for construction or building modification permits.
The KG SOLAR team will manage and facilitate the preparation and submission of these documents to ensure the process is compliant and completed as quickly as possible.
