Deleting Your Pettagu Account

If you wish to delete your Pettagu account and permanently remove your data, you can do so either directly through the mobile application or by submitting an email request.

How to Delete Your Account via the App

Open the Pettagu app and log into your account.
Navigate to Settings
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap “Delete Account”.
Confirm your choice. Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted, and you will be automatically logged out of the system.

If You Have Already Uninstalled the App or Cannot Log In

Please send an email request to our support team at info@deemmi.com using the email address associated with your Pettagu account. We will process your account deletion request within 30 days.

Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted

Upon deletion, the following information will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers:

Account Information: Your registered name, profile details, and email address.
Pet Profiles & Records: All associated pet profiles, medical history, vaccination records, and flea/tick treatment logs.
App Usage Data: Any activity logs or behavioral data linked directly to your account.

Data That May Be Retained

Please note that certain information required by applicable laws and financial regulations (such as transaction histories, purchase records, and invoices) will be securely retained for the minimum period mandated by law before being permanently destroyed.
