Terms of use

These Terms apply to the Pettagu website, the Pettagu app and Pettagu Tag, operated by Deemmi Pet Co., Ltd. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, signing up for or using Pettagu, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Your account

You must give accurate, up-to-date information when you sign up and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account. If you think someone else has used your account without permission, tell us right away at info@deemmi.com.

3. Using the app and Pettagu Tag

You may use the app and Pettagu Tag to care for pets you own or are responsible for. Do not use the service to break the law, harass others, enter false information or try to access our systems without permission. The information shown on a Pettagu Tag, such as your pet's name and your contact number, is entered by you, and you are responsible for keeping it accurate.

4. Health information and P'Cool

Information and suggestions in the app, including P'Cool, are a first-look assessment to help you decide whether your pet should see a vet. They are not a diagnosis and do not replace an examination by a veterinarian. If your pet shows severe or emergency symptoms, take them to a vet immediately.

5. Orders, delivery and returns

Prices are shown in Thai baht. In-app purchases, such as P'Cool question packs and extra storage, are paid through the App Store or Google Play under that platform's terms. Yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel in your platform account settings. Pettagu Tag ships free within 3–5 business days. If a Tag has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it within 7 days of delivery. Contact us on LINE @pettagu or at info@deemmi.com.

6. Intellectual property

The Pettagu name, logo, the P'Cool character, our content and our software belong to Deemmi Pet Co., Ltd. Do not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission. Photos and information about your pet that you upload remain yours; you allow us to use them only to provide the service to you.

7. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the service running reliably and accurately, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including decisions about your pet's health based on information in the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Suspending or deleting an account

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms and will notify you by email where we can. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, or by following the steps at pettagu.com/delete-account. Once deleted, your data and your pet's data are permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
